This link is used for the majority of Trumpet's support sessions. A Trumpet team member will provide you with the session ID to use.

GoToMyPC - Remote Access

This link is to the installer for the remote administration software (GoToMyPC) that Trumpet, Inc. uses. A Trumpet team member will give you a username and password to use whenever a remote connection session is necessary.
